1. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within Germany.

For customers who prefer faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available during checkout for an additional fee. All shipping costs are clearly displayed before payment, and no hidden fees will be added after your purchase.


2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or peak shopping periods may require additional processing time.


3. Delivery Times

After dispatch, standard delivery generally takes between 5 and 14 business days.

Although we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather conditions, customs inspections, public holidays, or periods of exceptionally high shipping volume.


4. Order Tracking

Every order includes full shipment tracking at no additional cost.

Your tracking number will be sent by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. You may use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment at any time.

If your tracking information has not updated within seven business days after dispatch, please contact our customer support team and we will gladly investigate the shipment for you.


5. Fulfilment & Logistics

To provide efficient delivery throughout Germany, orders may be fulfilled from our logistics centres located in the United States, China, and Germany, depending on product availability and the destination of your order. Regardless of the fulfilment location, every item undergoes the same strict quality control procedures before shipment, allowing us to optimise delivery times by dispatching orders from the most suitable fulfilment centre.

All orders are securely packed using reinforced, tamper-evident packaging to help ensure that your purchase arrives safely and in excellent condition.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped within Germany generally do not incur additional customs duties or import taxes.

If any exceptional charges are imposed by local authorities due to circumstances beyond our control, these charges remain the responsibility of the customer. We always strive to ensure transparent pricing and avoid unexpected costs whenever possible.


7. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or cannot be delivered due to an issue outside your control, please contact us as soon as possible.

After reviewing the circumstances, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund, according to your preference, where the issue is confirmed to be the responsibility of the carrier or our store.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will make every reasonable effort to update the shipping information.

Once a parcel has entered the carrier's network, we are unable to redirect or modify the delivery address.

If a shipment is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided, we will arrange for the order to be reshipped at no additional shipping charge once the correct delivery address has been confirmed.
